MarTech 2021
The ninth edition of the Martech 2021 marine technology workshop took place from 16 to 18 June.
The Martech is a congress that was born in 2005 from the hand of the SARTI research group and after three editions decided to make it itinerant giving the opportunity to other universities to be its hosts.
The organization of this year's edition has been led by the University of Vigo, with the support of the UPC. After this one had to be canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic, this 2021 has finally been celebrated in virtual format being a great success.
On Wednesday 16 the inaugural session took place in which the new Vice-Rector for Research of the UPC Jordi Llorca took part. The closing session was attended by Joaquín del Río, director of SARTI-MAR, who in addition to thanking all the work done to the organizing committee has given rise to the presentation of what will be the tenth edition of the congress that will take place in Castellón.
